Pablo Piñeyro Merry del Val

Lawyer graduated in Law from Centro Universitario Villanueva and graduated from EBS (European Business School) with an International Programme in 2014 at EBS Paris and UCR (University of California Riverside).

Having had experience in sectors such as real estate and portfolio management, he opted for the practice of law, working at Herbert Smith Freehills as well as in the Banking Litigation Department of the ONTIER law firm.

In October 2015, he joined the Civil and Criminal Litigation Department of FUSTER-FABRA ABOGADOS as a lawyer, specialising in Banking Litigation, Obligations and Contracts.

In March 2017, he was promoted to Associate of the Litigation Department of the Firm, taking responsibility for the Banking and Financial Law area of the Firm.

In 2021, as part of his growth and professional career, he was appointed Associate of the Litigation Department, to strengthen the management of the Banking Law area of Fuster-Fabra Abogados.

He also teaches, as a Professor of Civil Law, various seminars on legal practice at the Villanueva University Centre, and has written several articles in specialised journals in the field of civil procedure.
