Miguel Chacón Cartaya

Graduate in Law from the University of Seville in 2012. Candidate to the Judicial and Prosecutorial Career in the years 2012 – 2018. Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Law, taken at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Madrid, in 2019. She has completed her training with specialised diplomas, such as the “Certificate in Privacy and Data Security”, held in July 2019 by Georgetown University (Washington D.C.) in collaboration with the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía, as well as various specialisation courses of the Madrid Bar Association.

After gaining experience in a procedural law firm in Seville, he joined the Madrid office of Despacho Fuster-Fabra in October 2019, where he deals with criminal and civil matters in the Procedural Law Department, having been promoted in June 2021 as an Associate of the department.

In the academic field, he has been collaborating with the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), and has participated in the teaching of Criminal and Penitentiary Law classes together with the associates in charge of the department at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) and at the CES Cardinal Cisneros.
