Marta Bartolomé Sualdea

Graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2010 and a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2011, she completed a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in 2011, which she combined with the start of her professional activity in legal practice.

He joined the Madrid office of Fuster-Fabra Abogados in 2014. She has worked at the official seat of the European Parliament in Strasbourg and Brussels from 2012 to the end of 2013 developing her professional activity in the legal committees that are part of the ‘Legal and Home Affairs’ working group.

He is currently working in the Procedural Law Department of Fuster-Fabra Abogados, dealing with criminal and civil matters, specifically dealing with issues of economic criminal law, money laundering, crimes against persons, as well as civil proceedings in the family sphere, obligations and contracts, claims for payment, etc. He has also collaborated in the Commercial Law Department, dealing with corporate law, commercial contracting practice, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. In 2019 she was promoted to Associate in the Litigation Department.
