Professor of Financial and Tax Law since 1996.
He has been actively involved as a lecturer at the Universities Autónoma de Barcelona, Girona and Internacional de Catalunya, where he was Dean of the Faculty of Law. Today he is a lecturer at the University of Barcelona.
He has also participated as president of the legal department of Foment del Treball and advises various professional associations.
He is an expert in tax offences and infringements and gives courses and lectures at universities in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico, among other countries.
