He is currently an associate of the firm Fuster-Fabra Abogados, and as a fundamental part of the firm’s litigation organisation, he is familiar with both criminal and military law, as well as civil proceedings.

He has formed part of the legal advisory team of several State Security Forces and Corps Unions, as well as various groups of Victims of Terrorism, having collaborated in numerous media cases.

He is a lecturer in Criminal Law on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Centro Universitario Villanueva, Centro Universitario Cardenal Cisneros, Centro de Estudios Garrigues, Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR), as well as on the MAAB at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), and is also a tutor on the Law Degree at ICADE.

He has also taught as a lecturer in the Master’s Degree in International Project Management at the European University of Madrid (UEM) in the subject “Transnational Corruption and Money Laundering”, and given lectures and seminars at CUNEF and Camilo José Cela University, as director of the Course on Cyber-Crime and Cyber-Terrorism.

In the media, he has appeared on Antena 3, in the programme “Espejo Público” as a commentator, as well as on Intereconomía TV in the section “El Corruptometro”, 13TV and La Sexta TV as an expert in criminal matters.

He currently participates weekly on RadioInter in Albert Castillón’s programme “El Barometro”. He has also written several articles in Economist & Jurist, Expansión and La Razón related to criminal law, as well as in international media on international criminal law and extraditions.

He has taken part as an Observer of the International Mission of the Plebiscite COLOMBIA 2016, invited by the National Electoral Council of Colombia.

He has been decorated with the Cross of Honour for Police Merit with white badge, for services rendered to the National Police Corps as a lawyer specialising in criminal law and assistance to State Security Forces and Corps.
