After starting his professional career in a prestigious law firm in procedural matters, he joined the legal department of Landwell, a law firm associated with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he developed his work until he joined the firm Fuster-Fabra Abogados in 2008.

Currently, as an associate of Fuster-Fabra Abogados, he coordinates and co-directs the Civil and Criminal Litigation Department, and at the same time, as a fundamental part of the firm’s litigation organisation chart, he is familiar with matters in both branches of procedural law and military criminal law.

He has collaborated in the newspaper Expansión with the publication of various articles related to the reform of the Criminal Code and the Criminal Liability of Legal Entities, including the preparation of studies and comments on money laundering. He also advises as an expert analyst on criminal matters for national newspapers.

He currently teaches Criminal Law on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Centro Universitario Villanueva, Centro Universitario Cardenal Cisneros, Centro de Estudios Garrigues, Intituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), as well as on the MAAB at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), and is also a tutor on the Law Degree at ICADE.

He also teaches on the Master’s Degree in Criminology at the Centro Universitario Cardenal Cisneros, and at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues on the subject of CyberDelinquency. He also participates as director of the TFM (Master’s Final Project) examining board at ISDE.

As for the media, he has appeared on Televisión Española (TVE), in the programme “Las Mañanas”, on Antena 3, as well as on Intereconomía TV in the section “El Corruptometro”, on 13TV and La Sexta TV as an expert in criminal law. He also participates weekly on RadioInter in Albert Castillón’s programme “El Barómetro”. He has also written several articles in Economist & Jurist, Expansión and La Razón, related to criminal law.

He has been decorated with the Cross of Honour for Police Merit with white badge, for services rendered to the National Police Corps as a lawyer specialising in criminal law and assistance to State Security Forces and Corps.

He has also been awarded the prize for the best lawyer in the category of litigation under 40 years of age – Forty under 40 Awards Iberian Lawyer (year 2020 – 2021).
