Fernando Fuster-Fabra Toapanta

He joined Fuster-Fabra Abogados in June 2014 as an associate in the Corporate and Private Equity Department. Prior to his incorporation, he has worked in one of the big four professional services firms, forming part of the team specialising in company acquisitions and M&A processes at tax and financial level, participating in national and international projects with local and multinational companies executing corporate finance projects in a wide range of sectors. He has also been part of a Spanish-American Private Equity boutique, being actively involved in corporate development and operational and financial management of portfolio companies.

He currently advises companies on tax and general commercial law, in addition to the aspects derived from company acquisitions, restructuring of business groups, commercial contracts and in the field of estate planning for family offices and entities with large resource capacity.
