Law degree from the University of Barcelona. Member of the ICAB. Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and Master’s Degree in Bankruptcy Law from the ICAB.
In 1996 she joined the legal department of PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS where, as part of the litigation and commercial departments, she gained experience in the field of corporate law as a member of the team that outsourced legal services to the Volkswagen Group in Spain.
Subsequently, he worked in several boutiques specialising in corporate law, focusing on providing comprehensive advice to SMEs, specialising in the areas of commercial, procedural and civil law. Since 2004, he has also worked in the field of insolvency and company restructuring, acting as legal advisor to companies in crisis, as insolvency administrator and representing creditors in insolvency proceedings.
