Enrique Sainz Rodríguez

He holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, and after a period as a candidate to the Judicial and Prosecutorial Career, he has completed a Master’s Degree in Family Law at Zarraluqui Abogados de Familia and a Master’s Degree in Family and Inheritance Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

After having worked in various law firms in Madrid, he joined the Family Law department of Fuster-Fabra Abogados in October 2018, where he provides his services as a lawyer.

Specialised in ecclesiastical nullities, he is a member of the panel of lawyers of the Ecclesiastical Metropolitan Tribunal of Madrid and the Tribunal of the Rota of the Apostolic Nunciature in Spain, being also qualified as a mediator in matters of family law, civil law and commercial law.

He is a regular contributor of opinion articles to specialist publications such as Economist & Jurist, Iberian Lawyer, LegalToday and Law & Trends.

Member of the Family and Inheritance Section of the Madrid Bar Association.
